Mr. Joshua triumphant is a rare teacher, leader, spiritual authority, thought disruptor, pathfinder and motivational speaker.

DA: What inspired you to create something outside yourself?
Joshua Triumphant: When I see where I come from and where God has brought me to, I am compelled deeply by how much love God has shown me. God has been the one helping me to inspire others to become better.
DA: What is the best book you have read so far?
Joshua Triumphant: The book I would recommend everyone to read is ‘the seven habits of highly effective people by Stephen R Covey’ it has had tremendous impact on my life.
DA: Can you name a person who has had tremendous effect on you as a leader?
Joshua Triumphant: Many people have had tremendous impact on my life, my mum, my dad, my elder brother, other leaders, pastors, and role models that I listen to. I had to learn from a lot of people to get to where I am now.
DA: Name one of the toughest most important decisions you had to make that has brought you to where you are now?
Joshua Triumphant: Committing myself to doing the things that are though in the process of developing me, taking the hard decisions that require discipline.
DA: What motivated you to start up your own company- iLead?
Joshua Triumphant: It was my drive to solve problems and help humanity to find answers to the questions I have the gift, knowledge, competence and expertise to solve. I built an organization that could help me achieve my purpose.
DA: What are your core values?
Joshua Triumphant: Learning, consistency, service and equity.
DA: How do you encourage creative thinking in your organization?
Joshua Triumphant: By empowering them and giving them the opportunity to make some tough decisions. I give them the liberty to express themselves and do what they believe is right.
DA: What steps would you encourage someone to take daily to improve their leaderships skills?
Joshua Triumphant: Commit yourself to learning. If you are focused on learning you’ll develop leadership skills, leadership flows in the direction of knowledge.
DA: What challenges have you faced so far?
Joshua Triumphant: I’ve faced many challenges. Some include structure, support, funding, and people not believing in what you are doing. Generally, the environment we live in tries to suffocate our dreams.
DA: How did you overcome them?
Joshua Triumphant: I wake up every morning knowing that what is inside of me is greater than what is outside and if we are still alive, it means we have what it takes to win.
DA: What is your greatest achievement so far?
Joshua Triumphant: My greatest achievement is still yet to come.
