When the sun no longer rises and sets and winds no longer blow, the rain no longer falls and darkness covers the face of the deep, what really matters?
When all you have is but second and the storms of the earth all begin to fade, no more battles left to fight, and all of time is swallowed in the light. What really matters?
When you’re called by the deeps beyond and you can no longer seem to fit below. When all of you is your soul and your body is being placed below. What really matters?
This is a question we never ask ourselves because we think we have a million years left. A thousand may fall on our right and left, but we never think we would be part of them. So, what really matters?
We all want to live a fulfilled life, and fulfillment to us is found in ‘tomorrow’, but tomorrow is not certain for anyone.
So we must live to the best of our abilities each day.
Ask yourself What really matters everyday. What would make you fulfilled today?
What impact are you leaving behind?
What would you be remembered for?
When everything begins to fade and death is sure.
To YOU, WHAT REALLY MATTERS?
